MEECO'S RED DEVIL 110 Gasket Cement and Stove Sealer, Hot stuff? in my opinion

A several days before. I'm looking for information on the MEECO'S RED DEVIL 110 Gasket Cement and Stove Sealer, so i would like to describe here.

the seal on my stove Lopi Patriot began to separate from the door. When this happens you are "supposed" to remove or replace the gasket and clean or remove any adhesive residue. I just replaced the seal last season then I don't really want to go through this process once, plus I didn't want to pay for a new gasket so soon. simply put adhesive where the gasket was coming, right on top of existing adhesive and it worked perfectly for the whole season. no leaks,
